Austadiums have recently announced the 2024 winners for their fan-voted awards, and the sixth edition saw Western Australian venues win four out of the six categories.
For the second consecutive year, RAC Arena has been recognised as the Best Indoor Arena in Australia, with 47% of votes. Also recognised were fellow WA venues Optus Stadium, who won Best Stadium and Best Oval Stadium, and HBF claiming Best Rectangular Stadium.
RAC Arena’s General Manager Michael Scott said, “We are extremely honoured that fans have voted RAC Arena the Best Indoor Arena in Australia for a second year in a row. 2024 was an incredible year for us, hosting blockbuster events such as blink-182, UFC 305, Telethon and home games for Perth Wildcats and West Coast Fever.
