We’re in heaven being named number seven! Billboard Boxscore’s worldwide ranking of venues has been released and RAC Arena has been ranked in the top 10 hottest venues on the 2018 Arena power list.
For buildings with a capacity of 10,001-15,000, RAC Arena has been ranked as number 7 based on 12-month total ticket sales between June 20 2017 and June 17 2018.
With only one other Australian venue in the category, we have found ourselves amongst some of the top venues in Europe and America.
Despite the challenge of bringing tours to the most isolated city in the world, acts such as Celine Dion, Bruno Mars, P!nk, Katy Perry and Cher have helped increase ticket sales.
